01Can we continue to use our existing yard scale?

In 99% of cases: Yes. CONWIN is completely manufacturer-independent and has interfaces to all common scale terminals (like Pfister, Bizerba, Bitzer). We simply retrieve the determined weight directly into the software via the serial or network interface.

02How does the connection to wheel loader scales work?

Via special interfaces, for example to Pfreundt scales, CONWIN receives the weighing data directly from the wheel loader via mobile network. This means the delivery note for the customer can be completed immediately in the office or at the yard exit, without the truck having to go onto the weighbridge again.

03Do you also support license plate recognition (LPR)?

Yes. We integrate camera systems for automatic license plate recognition. As soon as a known vehicle drives onto the scale, CONWIN immediately loads the corresponding process (customer, forwarder, material). This speeds up the clearance process in the yard enormously.

04Can drivers weigh independently?

Yes, CONWIN supports self-service terminals at the scale. Drivers can process themselves via QR codes, RFID cards, or touchscreens. This relieves your weighing staff, especially in the early morning hours or during high traffic.

05Are the weighings logged in a verifiable manner?

Of course. Our scale integration logs all weighings in a legal-for-trade manner and saves the alibi weight (alibi memory). This data is unalterably linked to the weighing ticket and the order in CONWIN.
