No. We have integrated Modawi natively into CONWIN. This means the system handles the entire communication with the Central Coordination Office (ZKS) in the background. You no longer have to operate separate portals.
All registers are archived in a legally compliant, audit-proof, and structured manner. In the event of an official inspection, you can export all necessary evidence, consignment notes, and takeover records seamlessly and chronologically at the push of a button or show them directly on the screen.
Yes, our eANV solution meets all the requirements of the Circular Economy Act (KrWG) and the Ordinance on Waste Recovery and Disposal Records (NachwV). ZKS communication takes place via the proven and certified Modawi interface.
If the Central Coordination Office (ZKS) is offline, CONWIN automatically buffers the documents to be sent. As soon as the ZKS is reachable again, transmission occurs in the background without you having to intervene manually.
