Questions & Answers
No. The CONWIN telematics app runs on standard Android and iOS devices. You can therefore use normal, inexpensive tablets or smartphones. We deliberately avoid forcing you into expensive, proprietary hardware.
The system automatically tracks when a container was placed and when it was picked up. You can define in the master data from which day standing fees should apply. The software then automatically includes these in the invoice.
The dispatching offers intelligent visual support with which your dispatchers can see the best routes at a glance. In addition, we integrate map APIs to calculate distances and travel times exactly and make gaps in planning immediately visible.
Of course. CONWIN offers features specifically for cash payers and end-customer business. Invoices can be generated immediately, and receipts issued directly via the driver app or sent via email.
You can easily create and manage subcontractors or third-party forwarders in the dispatching. Orders can be specifically outsourced to them, and the corresponding self-billing procedures for accounting are already integrated into the system.
